Sign & Drive Towing / Road Service

No need to panic, we’ve got you covered. You will receive up to $1,000 reimbursement per towing occurrence if your vehicle is immobile.

Emergency roadside assistance is available with reimbursements of up to $500 for motorhomes and up to $300 for towables.

This includes Jump-start, Fuel delivery, Spare replacement, and Lock-out service

24 x 7 Concierge Service Benefits

Help is always available through RV technical assistance, our repair facility locator service, & concierge services (e.g., turn-by-turn directions, reservations, etc.).

Service Call

Up to $100 reimbursement per occurrence for service call expenses.

If your vehicle is located greater than 50 miles from the nearest repair facility, you will be reimbursed up to $200 per occurrence.

Rental Vehicle

The adventure never stops. Reimbursement for a rental vehicle up to $100 a day for up to 9 days during covered repairs (motor homes only).

Travel Expense

Up to $275 reimbursement per day for meals and lodging expenses during covered repairs over 50 miles from home.

Pet Benefit

Up to $300 reimbursement for pet removal, handling, and boarding expenses (applies to domestic animals and horses).

Food Spoilage

Up to $125 reimbursement for food and beverage loss during covered repairs.

Fuel / L.P. Gas

Up to $275 reimbursement for fuel lost during covered repairs.

Emergency Transportation

Receive airfare or rental vehicle reimbursement when covered repair is delayed more than three days and over 50 miles from home.

Transferable Coverage

Benefits and coverages are fully transferable to subsequent private owners (subject to qualification and transfer fees).

Receive two wallet-size I.D. cards after purchasing a service contract.

Payment Plan

Finance your service agreement interest-free for up to 30 months.

Deductible Reduction

Your deductible is reduced by $50 when returning the RV to the selling dealer for repairs.

No additional deductible for future covered repairs to the same part.

Claim Assistance

Access to claims specialists for support during covered mechanical breakdowns.

Consequential Failure Coverage (Platinum Only)

Protects against the cost of repairing or replacing certain additional parts damaged due to the breakdown of a covered part.

Reimbursement for service call expenses in addition to normal parts and labor charges.

Portable Generator Coverage

Reimbursement for the cost to repair or replace a portable generator (new, purchased from selling dealer).

Portable Refrigerator Coverage

Coverage for towing and towed vehicles for road hazard-related issues.
