Top Class B Manufacturers in 2016

The RV industry has continued to grow steadily through the first half of 2016. While towable RVs lead the way in total volume, motorhome shipments showed the largest percentage gain with the market segment up 16.4%.

So who are the top Class B RV manufacturers?

According to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc. (SSI), Winnebago Industries Inc. was the top-selling manufacturer with a 35.2% share of the Class B market, followed by Erwin Hymer Group North America (they now own Roadtrek) at 28.7%, Thor Industries Inc. (they own Airstream) at 19.9% and Pleasure-Way Industries Ltd. at 10.3%.

Winnebago Industries Inc.

Winnebago has been an industry icon for decades and continues to add unique features, creature comforts and the latest amenities to its lineup of motorhomes. They currently offer three models of Class B motorhomes: Era, Paseo, and Travato. The Era is a frequent visitor to our inventory!

Erwin Hymer Group North America (they now own Roadtrek)

Thor specializes mostly in towable RVs with the exception of the Airstream Class Bs which include the Interstate Lounge EXT and Interstate Grand Tour EXT.
