Nick made buying the easiest I have ever experienced. Factory trained, Matt thoroughly explained all systems and finally Cody moved all my stuff to my new RV and located it with care better than I could myself. All on all, a good experience.
In 2016 we bought a 2000 RoadTrek 200 Popular in "as-is condition" at an out of town RV dealership that did not normally carry Class B RVs. The Chevy engine was strong and had low mileage but we discovered later that the van needed some work. That dealership told us they could not help us. We had some work done (and re-done) at a "big name" RV service center that left us less than confident, and we continued to have problems, primarily with the refrigerator, and gray and black water tank dumping system. We met Matt of Sunshine State RV Service at a RoadTrek Rally in Silver Springs, FL, in 2017 and realized we'd finally found a competent source of RoadTrek specific service, even if we have to make a 300 mile roundtrip to get it. Since then Kevin (very helpful service manager) and Matt (RoadTrek tech extraordinaire!) have resolved every problem. It makes such a difference to have people working on our "second home" who really KNOW our RoadTrek! The confidence this gives us greatly enhances our travel enjoyment. We are SO glad we found Sunshine State RV Service!
