The Toughest Pre-Owned Inspection In The Class B RV Industry

It’s no secret that shopping for a used RV, whether it’s a large Class A or a small Class B, can be a scary experience. You have no idea what you are getting into and there are a multitude of questions and concerns that you need to have answers to.…

How To Buy A Class B RV Sight Unseen and Risk Free Thousands of Miles Away

Over 50% of our customers purchase their RV sight unseen.  You may ask…but How?  That’s too risky to pay tens of thousands of dollars to an RV dealer without seeing the RV, touching it, or even driving it. Let alone, travel thousands of miles to pick up the RV. And…

The M.I.L.E.S. Guide for Buying a Used RV – Part 3.5: Seller Likeability

We all have an idea of who we like to deal with on a sales lot; then there are the people (cling-ons, I like to call them) from whom we literally run the other way and who make us want to duck behind the nearest large object and will ourselves…

The M.I.L.E.S. Guide for Buying a Used RV – Part 3 : Product Likeability

Let’s face it: when you are considering buying anything, you are not actually going to go through with the sale unless you LIKE the way whatever it is makes you feel. Sales 101: Making a sale is all about psychology, so a salesman will pretty much do or say whatever…

The M.I.L.E.S. Guide for Buying a Used Class B RV Part 1: Media

We have all been through the process of buying a used vehicle: we recall the anxiety we get as we step onto the lot and are greeted by a bombardment of questions from that eager salesman who latches onto us like a Rottweiler on an intruder in a home invasion. We know…

This is how RV dealerships should be. We have owned all types of RVs in the past, but not a Class B until we were lucky enough to find Sunshine State RVs. We have dealt with many RV dealers over the years and it was never a positive experience until Sunshine State RVs. Sheila Oliver was able to locate the perfect B+ for us and let us know as soon as it was ready for sale. We drove two hours, fell in love, and began our process to purchase with Nick the same day. Delivery was a wonder event. Sheila had a happy birthday bow inside on the TV for me! Best birthday ever. Matt Crews knows more about quality built RVs than any anyone at any dealer we have visited. The engine was spotless. New battery, oil change, all systems tested, even a new shower curtain. We will take our Class B back every year for Matt to keep our unit running perfectly and all systems working. Thank you all at Sunshine State for the best motorhome and best purchase and delivery experience we have ever experienced

We brought our 2018 Roadtrek Zion to Sunshine State RV because our newly installed batteries (installed elsewhere) were shutting off. The service staff worked with Roadtrek to resolve the issue, installing a new inverter and reprogramming the Balmer voltage regulator. Since that time the batteries have worked fine. The staff were knowledgeable and polite, and kept us informed on the status of the repairs.
