We love being able to meet RVers from all over the country, but there’s something special about hanging out in your own backyard. We had the opportunity to hang out with some folks from the Florida region of Roadtrek International Chapter at their Rally in January.
Their Antiques & Biking Rally, at the Paynes Prairie State Park, January 12, 13 & 14th, was hosted by Betty & Jim Weite and Carol & Norris Brewer. The group got to enjoy some of the best activities in the area, including nature and bird walks in the park and the Florida State Museum of Natural History. On Wednesday evening, Sunshine State RVs hosted a meet & greet and provided a complimentary BBQ dinner for the group.
We brought one of the Roadtreks we had on the lot for some Q & A discussions as well as a little show and tell. We also brought along our expert technician to answer technical questions, and since he brought his toolbox, he even did some troubleshooting and repair.
It was a pleasure to meet so many RV enthusiasts and listen to their travel stories and adventures. We look forward to meeting up with you again in October for the Silver Springs Rally.

We encourage you to check out their websites for all the happenings both here in Florida and around the country.
